Q1: Does the Company have preference for projects that are able to achieve a COD earlier than 2027?

A1: The Company does not prefer earlier CODs and is looking to procure resources with CODs as described in the RFP Protocol Document.

Q2: Does the Company require redlines to the Pro Forma agreement to be submitted with the offer package?

A2: Yes, the Company requires redlines, if any, to be submitted with the offer package.
