Solicitation updates will be posted to this website. All questions or other communications regarding the Solicitation are required to be submitted to both the Company and the Independent Evaluator.

PA Consulting is serving as the Independent Evaluator (IE) for this Solicitation. As the IE, PA will oversee the Company’s bid evaluation process to ensure that the Company’s evaluation of bids is transparent and that all participants are treated fairly and equitably. PA will also ensure that bid compliance decisions are fair and will provide advice to the Company on evaluation issues as they arise.
